Chef Juan Amador, the chef was born in Swabia in Germany, but his parents have Spanish roots.
His Vienna restaurant was initially awarded 2 Michelin stars in 2017, and then the ultimate third star in 2019. As for the gourmet experiences, he delivers personal, sophisticated, highly-mastered food. Local products are the most important, though his cuisine is Asian and the Mediterranean inspired: yellowtail kingfish sushi, coffee foam, fruit and spinach; or Iberian pluma, pig’s head, bell pepper, and goulash jus.
