Norma’s restaurant in Manhattan’s Le Parker Meridien Hotel offers an extraordinary dish called Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata.

The most expensive omelet in the world is served there, and Marisa Zafran, Parker’s Meridien’s director of public relations, told MailOnline: ‘We actually don’t make much money on it, we sell it at about cost.’

The difference between the average omelet and this expensive version is the 10 ounces of American Sturgeon caviar piled on the top of the omellete whose retails price is about $65 at ounce. The rest is filled with one whole lobster, eggs, cream, and chives, the dish main ingredients.
