The Netherlands-Land of Flowers

The Netherlands opened borders for E.U. countries as well for Schengen countries. Exceptions are the U.K. and Sweden but social distancing rule and mask-wearing rule are still active while using any of public transportation options.

It is possible that after June 15th some regulations will be relaxed for tourists and non-essential travels outside the Schengen Area, also for the U.K., Canada, and the United States. For now, according to the Dutch government website, submitting a 14-day quarantine period is a must.

With the obligation of social distancing, outdoor restaurants and bars are open, as well as theaters, music venues, museums and cinemas, campsites and holiday parks. Events are allowed to organize up to 100 people. A change for this event rule is possible after September 1st.

Some flights are operating. Eurostar should start on June 28th.
