In collaboration with Sir David Adjaye, Aston Martin will host the luxury homes on the 50th and 60th floor of the building and will include two penthouses and three loggia residents. With a grand living room and dining room with curated elements chosen by Aston Martin CCO Marek Reichman and Sir David Adjaye, it features luxury in its purest form. Furniture pieces from the Aston Martin Home Collection by Formitalia, Gaggenau appliances, hand-selected marble countertops from the Italian Alps, Italian cabinetry, Boffi lighting, Italian Salvatori marble in the bathrooms, and of course, each home will come with a special edition of Aston Martin DBX SUV.

Sir David Adjaye is internationally renowned as one of contemporary architecture’s inventive leaders. His British-Ghanaian origins inspired him to capture the present moment and the context of the building’s unique history. One of TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people of 2017, his signature work ranges from university campuses and libraries to private homes and special residential projects marked by a sense of openness and curiosity.
Using the neighborhood context as a starting point, he pushed the conventions of tall glass towers with curves and arches inspired by local precedent and once again in 130 William as his signature piece made blend of luxury and contemporary art where we can enjoy.
