Epicon, NEOM’s luxury development, includes two towers reaching heights of 225m and 275m. Designed by Hong Kong-based 10 Design, it features a luxury hotel, resort, and beachfront villas.

Siranna: Where Nature Meets Innovation

Siranna blends natural beauty and architectural innovation with its hexagonal structure nestled amidst mountainous landscapes. Designed by Woods Bagot, it offers bespoke accommodations, including a 65-room hotel and 35 private residences.

Utamo: Where Culture Meets Technology

Tucked away in the mountains, Utamo offers a unique blend of art, fashion, theatre, and music experiences. Designed by Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, it provides immersive cultural journeys amidst breathtaking scenery.

Norlana: Scenic Waterfront Community

Norlana, a beacon of coastal luxury, offers a waterfront community with 711 residential properties, including mansions and beach villas. Boasting exclusive amenities such as a 120-berth marina, an 18-hole golf course, and an equestrian center, Norlana promises residents an unparalleled lifestyle experience.

Aquellum: A Subterranean Oasis of Innovation

Nestled within a 450m-high mountain range along the Gulf of Aqaba, Aquellum is a pioneering digitalized community. It is accessible via the world’s first floating marina, and offers a unique living experience with a vertical courtyard connecting hotel accommodations, apartments, retail, and leisure hubs, promising residents a dynamic lifestyle.

Xaynor: Coastal Luxury Redefined

Oxagon

Picture a vast floating city resting upon the calm waters of the Red Sea—that’s Oxagon. This architectural wonder takes the shape of an octagon and holds the prestigious title of the “world’s largest floating structure.” Within its boundaries, Oxagon thrives with innovation, acting as a bustling hub of business and trade. Designed with careful attention, it revolutionizes maritime standards while seamlessly integrating modern hotels that offer bespoke experiences, all amidst the stunning backdrop of the natural surroundings.

Sindalah: Luxury Amidst Natural Beauty

Sindalah, a secluded island destination in the Red Sea, offers luxury amidst breathtaking natural splendor. Spanning 840,000 sq m, it provides connectivity to the nearby Mediterranean. With an 86-berth marina and 75 offshore buoys for superyachts, Sindalah ensures an exclusive retreat. THE LINE is a bold reimagining of urban planning, stretching 170 kilometers across NEOM. Devoid of roads, cars, or pollution, it prioritizes green spaces, walkability, and connectivity for a sustainable environment. This innovative city preserves 95 percent of its land for nature, utilizing careful environmental design to ensure optimal sunlight, shade, and ventilation, creating comfortable microclimates and lush green spaces. THE LINE marks a new standard of sustainable energy in NEOM.

Trojena: Tranquil Mountain Escape

Located within the Sarwat Mountains, Trojena epitomizes NEOM’s commitment to diverse recreational opportunities amidst stunning natural landscapes. Spread across nearly 60sq.km, it offers a premier destination blending natural beauty with unique experiences. Planned to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games, this ski resort boasts elevations ranging from 1,500m to 2,600m. Visitors can enjoy luxurious stays at renowned retreats such as Anantara Resort and 25hours Hotel, among many others.
