Snow Peak’s Takibi Restaurant

Located in Portland at Snow Peak’s US headquarters new Takibi Restaurant aims to recreate the experience of gathering together around a bonfire. Their iconic portable fire and grill lead to seasonal dishes prepared in a wooden oven.

Executive Chef Alex Kim in collaboration with Submarine Hospitality developed a unique menu with cocktails provided by mixologist Jim Meehan. The outdoor lifestyle brand was turned into the ultimate outdoor dining experience. Food is served in a minimalist 75-person dining room and includes details inspired by the brand’s products.
